Pine Cone Ornament - Burlap & Buttercups #2

December weekly challenge #2 at Burlap & Buttercups is to make an ornament or holiday home decor project using a tutorial from the web.

Here is my version of it (finished last week, just in time to hang it, at least, a few days before Christmas!!):

The paper is from My Mind's Eye,the twine is from Jillibean Soup and the flower from Petaloo.
I have been meaning to use this pine cone ornament tutorial for three years (!!) but I always postponed it so when I saw this challenge,I immediately thought this was the perfect chance!!! So thank you Burlap & Buttercups ;)

I thought maybe adding a little music to this blog would be a good idea, so here is the song I was listening to while making this ornament:

Christmas Lights - Coldplay (December 2010)

Christmas Card - Burlap and Buttercups challenge

I didn't have time to post this card before Christmas with all the holiday hustle and bustle!!
I made it for the 1st weekly challenge over at Burlap & Buttercups blog!!

The card had to be made with non-traditional christmas colours, that means no red or green.
I used stitching and border punch as my techniques.

I folded the tree just like I did on the other Christmas card I posted because I just love the way it looks!!!
I had a lot of fun making this card and loved the challenge!!

I hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas day!!

Here is her first "french card" !!

I also used this card for the Challenge MME 30 (card)  mentionned in the previous post!

Have a wonderful Day!!

Make room for one more blogger!!

Hi everyone!
I am brand new to blogging and I am not a native speaker so please don't be too hard on me!! :)
I hope you will enjoy visiting my blog. It might take some time before it actually looks like a blog but with a lot of work and a little patience, I will get there!!

So here is my version of My Mind's Eye blog challenge 30: Card

(I'm sorry the photos aren't very good but I am still figuring things out! Hopefully my photographic skills will get better soon!!)

And here is the sketch:

I used the Lost & Found papers from My Mind's Eye and had a lot of fun making it!!

Almost forgot to mention, I won Jillibean Soup's latest blog giveaway!! Yay! I'm so excited about it, I can't wait to receive it!!

See you soon!!
